Is noninvasive body sculpting safe?

Yes. Our sculpting modalities are noninvasive and designed to work with your body's natural processes. During you consultation, we assess your medical history, lifestyle factors and goals to ensure safety and suitability.

How many sessions do I need to see results?

Results vary based on the individual, but most clients see visible change with consistency.

Typically:

  • Subtle changes after 1-2 sessions

  • More noticeable contouring after 4-6 sessions

  • Best results with a structured program

Your treatment plan will be tailored to your body and expectations.

Is there downtime after a sculpting treatment?

No. Sculpting treatments allow you to return to daily activities the same day. Some clients may experience temporary warmth, mild tenderness or increased urination as the body processes and detoxes the fat out.

When should I start post-op care after surgery?

Post-op care should begin within the first few days after surgery. We recommend scheduling your Recovery Assessment or Virtual Consultation as soon as you have your surgery date to ensure continuity of care.

Why is post-op care so important?

Surgery is the investment-recovery is what protects it.

Proper post-op care helps:

  • Reduce swelling and discomfort

  • Prevent fibrosis and fluid build-up

  • Improve skin texture and contour

  • Support safer, smoother healing

Skipping recovery care can compromise results.

How often should I receive post-op massages?

In the early stages of recovery, frequency matters. Many clients benefit from multiple sessions per week initially, followed by tapering as healing progresses.

Your provider will guide you on the appropriate schedule based on your surgery and healing response.

What is detox and maintenance care used for?

  • Lymphatic health

  • Inflammation reduction
