Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking please reach out via email or phone within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or your deposit will be forfeited. If you reschedule or cancel within the 24 hour window we will transfer your deposit to your new date and time ONCE. After that instance has been exhausted, you will have to rebook and pay another deposit.
